ABC Arizona Flare Unlicensed Thin Regular

ABC Arizona Flare is a distinctive component of the revolutionary ABC Arizona superfamily, designed by Elias Hanzer and released through the Dinamo type foundry. This typeface represents a groundbreaking approach to type design, serving as a transitional bridge between sans-serif and serif structures. The Flare weight specifically features subtle, expanded stroke endings that provide the elegance of a serif with the modern, clean lines of a sans-serif. It is part of a system that allows users to seamlessly move between five different styles—Serif, Sans, Flare, Mix, and Text—within a single cohesive family.

The Thin Regular weight of the Flare subfamily is particularly striking for its delicate, high-contrast appearance. It excels in large-scale applications where the refined details of the flared terminals can be appreciated without the visual weight of traditional serifs. Originally developed over several years, Arizona challenges the traditional boundaries of font classifications, offering designers a versatile tool for branding, editorial layouts, and high-end digital interfaces. Its rhythmic spacing and unique architecture make it a favorite for contemporary projects seeking a balance of history and innovation.
