Atten New ExtraBold Regular

Atten New is a contemporary geometric sans-serif typeface designed by Gareth Hague of the Alias foundry. It represents an evolution of the original Atten typeface, refined to offer a more balanced and versatile typographic system for modern applications. The ExtraBold weight provides a powerful, high-impact presence, characterized by its clean lines and minimalist aesthetic that bridges the gap between classic modernism and modern digital utility.

This typeface is recognized for its wide, open counters and consistent stroke widths, making it highly legible even at larger scales or in crowded layouts. Its geometric construction is softened by subtle optical adjustments, ensuring it remains approachable rather than mechanical. Atten New ExtraBold Regular is particularly effective in branding and editorial design, where its authoritative yet neutral character allows it to carry a message without overwhelming the visual hierarchy.
