Auto 3 Bold Italic

Auto 3 Bold Italic is a distinguished member of the expansive Auto typeface family, released by the renowned Underware foundry in 2004. The family is celebrated for its revolutionary approach to italics, offering three distinct italic styles for every weight, each providing a different level of personality and flow. Auto 3 represents the most expressive and informal of these variations, pushing the boundaries of the traditional sans-serif structure with a more fluid, script-like movement that adds a human touch to digital and print layouts.

The Bold Italic weight of the Auto 3 sub-family is specifically engineered for high-impact communication. It balances a sturdy, reliable backbone with energetic, sweeping terminal treatments that suggest speed and confidence. This font has become a staple in modern editorial design and corporate branding due to its unique ability to remain highly legible while possessing a quirky, non-conformist spirit that stands out from more rigid geometric sans-serifs.
