Banjax Notched Ultra Regular

Banjax Notched Ultra Regular is a commanding display typeface that merges industrial strength with a sharp, geometric aesthetic. Developed by Greater Albion Typefounders, this specific variant evolves the foundational Banjax structure by incorporating strategic mechanical cutouts—or notches—into the heavy letterforms. This design choice creates a high-tech, futuristic feel while maintaining the structural integrity of a traditional heavy slab serif, ensuring that the text feels both grounded and innovative.

As the Ultra weight of the family, this font is purpose-built for high-impact visibility and headline dominance. The rhythmic spacing of the notches allows light to move through the heavy characters, preventing the dense bold strokes from feeling overwhelming in large-scale applications. It is an exceptional choice for modern branding, architectural signage, and entertainment media where a sense of power and precision is required to define the visual identity.
