Bogue-Medium Regular

Bogue-Medium Regular is a sophisticated slab serif typeface that bridges the gap between traditional letterforms and contemporary digital aesthetics. Designed by Alec Mickel of Mickel Design, this font family is celebrated for its harmonious blend of sturdy, geometric slabs and soft, approachable curves. The Medium weight specifically serves as a versatile middle ground, offering a robust presence without the heaviness of a bold weight, ensuring it remains highly legible across various screen resolutions and paper types.

The development of Bogue focused on creating a typeface that feels both grounded and dynamic. It draws inspiration from classic Egyptian slab serifs but strips away excessive ornamentation in favor of a cleaner, more streamlined look. This makes the Medium Regular variant an excellent choice for designers looking to convey a sense of reliability and modernity, particularly in editorial contexts where text needs to be prominent yet easy on the eyes for extended reading.
