BR Sonoma Medium

BR Sonoma is a sophisticated geometric sans-serif typeface family designed by Christoph Mueller and released through the Brink Type foundry. It was meticulously crafted to provide a modern, functional aesthetic that balances mathematical precision with humanistic touches. The Medium weight sits at the heart of the family, offering a versatile stroke thickness that ensures high visibility and clarity across both high-resolution displays and traditional print environments.

The design philosophy behind BR Sonoma Medium focuses on clean lines, open counters, and a generous x-height, which contributes to its exceptional legibility even in challenging typographic layouts. Since its introduction, it has gained significant popularity in the design community for its ability to look contemporary yet timeless. It is often chosen for projects that require a professional, trustworthy voice without sacrificing stylistic character.
