Burbank Big Wide Light

Burbank Big Wide Light is part of the iconic Burbank typeface family designed by the renowned Tal Leming for House Industries. This specific variant is characterized by its generous horizontal expansion and refined weight, offering a lighter touch compared to its more famous bold counterparts. It maintains the signature animated, quirky personality that avoids the stiffness of traditional sans-serif fonts, making it a favorite for designers who want to inject energy and character into their layouts without the heaviness of a thick stroke.

While the broader Burbank family is globally recognized for its use in massive entertainment franchises like Fortnite, the Light weight provides a sophisticated alternative for modern graphic design. It is particularly effective for large-scale display work where space allows for its wide proportions to shine. The font bridges the gap between playful hand-drawn aesthetics and professional digital typography, making it a versatile tool for everything from digital interface headers to large-format print posters.
