Campton ExtraBold Regular

Campton ExtraBold is a geometric sans-serif typeface designed by German typographer René Bieder in 2014. It was conceived as a modern interpretation of the classic geometric fonts of the early twentieth century, focusing on neutrality while maintaining a friendly and approachable personality. The ExtraBold weight provides a substantial visual impact, making it ideal for high-contrast typographic layouts and striking display applications.

Drawing inspiration from the work of legends like Johnston and Gill, Campton avoids the coldness of purely mathematical constructions through subtle humanistic touches. Its balanced proportions and clean lines ensure legibility across various media, from print to digital screens. Today, it is widely utilized by designers seeking a versatile family that ranges from delicate light weights to the powerful ExtraBold Regular, bridging the gap between historical influence and contemporary digital requirements.
