Copacabana Regular

Copacabana Regular is a sophisticated display typeface designed by Mário Feliciano and released through the Feliciano Type Foundry. The font draws its primary inspiration from the rich tradition of 18th-century Iberian typography, specifically the Baroque letterforms seen in the works of legendary printers like Joaquín Ibarra. Its design features a striking contrast between thick and thin strokes, capturing the essence of classical calligraphy while maintaining modern digital precision.

The typeface is celebrated for its expressive character, boasting fluid terminals and elegant flourishes that evoke a sense of high-end luxury and historical depth. Copacabana Regular is particularly effective in large-scale applications where its intricate details can shine, making it a preferred choice for designers working on prestigious editorial projects, boutique branding, and sophisticated visual storytelling that requires a touch of classical grace.
