Diodrum Arabic Light

Diodrum Arabic Light is a sophisticated monolinear sans-serif typeface designed by Bahman Eslami and released through the Indian Type Foundry. This weight is characterized by its clean, airy appearance and exceptional legibility, featuring a large x-height and open counters that perform brilliantly in both print and digital environments. Its design philosophy emphasizes a modern, geometric approach to the Arabic script, stripping away unnecessary ornamentation to focus on form and function.

The font belongs to the extensive Diodrum family, which was originally developed for Latin scripts, ensuring a seamless visual transition in multi-lingual projects. The Light version is particularly favored for user interface design and high-end editorial layouts where a sense of elegance and clarity is required. Its minimalist construction makes it a versatile tool for global brands looking for a cohesive typographic identity across Middle Eastern markets.
