Editor Condensed Light Italic

Editor is a sophisticated and modern editorial serif typeface designed by Jean-Baptiste Levée. Originally developed for high-performance publishing environments, the family is engineered to handle complex typographic hierarchies with ease. The Condensed Light Italic variant is a masterclass in space-saving elegance, providing a narrow yet highly legible profile that brings a sense of refined urgency and grace to the printed page or digital screen.

This typeface balances traditional serif proportions with contemporary, sharp terminals and a rhythmic slant that feels both calligraphic and professional. The Condensed Light Italic weight is particularly favored by graphic designers for its ability to fit into tight layout spaces—such as narrow magazine columns or dense website headers—without sacrificing the luxurious feel of a high-end typeface. Its delicate strokes and precise spacing make it an essential tool for high-fashion editorial and corporate storytelling.
