EquitanSans-ExtraLight Regular

Equitan Sans is a contemporary sans-serif typeface designed by Dieter Hofrichter and released through Hoftype in 2013. It is characterized by its clear, open forms and a high degree of legibility. The ExtraLight weight, in particular, offers an elegant and sophisticated appearance that works exceptionally well for high-end editorial design and modern branding projects.

The design of Equitan Sans follows a humanist approach but incorporates subtle geometric influences to ensure a balanced rhythm. It features a large x-height and open apertures, making it suitable for both print and digital interfaces. The typeface family is versatile, providing a wide range of weights that allow designers to create complex typographic hierarchies with ease.
