Extenda 40 Hecto Regular

Extenda 40 Hecto Regular is a sophisticated sans-serif typeface designed by Francesco Canovaro for the Zetafonts foundry. This font is part of the larger Extenda family, a versatile variable-width system that explores the limits of horizontal scaling. The 40 Hecto variant offers a distinctive wide proportion that combines geometric precision with a modern, architectural feel, making it an essential tool for designers seeking to make a bold visual statement.

The design of Extenda is rooted in the tradition of extended typefaces used in 20th-century Swiss and Italian graphic design. Its clean lines and robust structure ensure high legibility even at extreme widths, allowing it to dominate headlines and display layouts without losing its professional elegance. It is particularly effective in environments where space allows for expansive typography, providing a cinematic and authoritative presence to any creative project.
