Fago No Black

Fago No Black is a powerful member of the expansive Fago super-family, meticulously crafted by the renowned German designer Ole Schäfer and released through FontFont in 2000. Designed with a systematic approach to corporate typography, Fago was built to handle complex information hierarchies across various media. The 'Black' weight specifically offers a dense, authoritative presence that retains high legibility through its carefully balanced counters and distinct character shapes.

As part of a larger system that includes various widths and weights, Fago No Black stands out for its modern, functional aesthetic. It successfully bridges the gap between humanistic sans-serifs and more rigid geometric designs, making it a versatile tool for professional designers. Its robust architecture is particularly well-suited for high-impact branding and large-scale environmental graphics where clarity and strength are paramount.
