FF Infra ExtraLight ExtraLight

FF Infra ExtraLight is a contemporary sans-serif typeface designed by German typographer Gabriel Richter. Released through the prestigious FontFont library, the FF Infra family was developed to provide a utilitarian yet warm aesthetic that bridges the gap between classic industrial grotesques of the 19th century and the demands of modern digital displays. The ExtraLight weight is characterized by its thin, precise strokes and open apertures, offering a sophisticated and airy feel to high-density layouts.

This typeface excels in environments where clarity and understated elegance are paramount. While the design is rooted in a rigid, structural framework, Richter infused the letterforms with organic curves to ensure they remain approachable. FF Infra is widely recognized for its versatility, functioning as both a reliable workhorse for information design and a stylish choice for premium editorial work, especially in its lighter weights.
