FSP - Cntn Txt xtrbld tlc Regular

Centonze Text (represented by the shorthand Cntn Txt) is a robust and contemporary serif typeface family designed by Fernando Díaz for Tipotypes. This specific weight, the Extra Bold Italic, was engineered to provide high-impact emphasis within editorial environments without sacrificing the sophisticated rhythm of classical typography. Its design features a large x-height and sturdy terminals, making it exceptionally legible even in challenging print or screen conditions.

The typeface bridges the gap between traditional book serifs and modern display slabs, offering a versatile aesthetic that feels both authoritative and approachable. In its Extra Bold Italic form, the font exhibits a dynamic slant that adds energy to headlines and pull quotes. It is part of the Fontspring (FSP) curated collection, ensuring high-quality hinting and cross-platform compatibility for professional designers working in branding and publishing.
