FSP - Futura PT Extra Bold Italic

Futura PT Extra Bold Italic is a powerhouse typeface within the expansive Futura PT family, originally developed by ParaType. While the foundation of the typeface lies in Paul Renner's 1927 geometric masterpiece, this specific iteration was refined and expanded to meet contemporary digital standards. The Extra Bold Italic weight combines the efficiency of Bauhaus geometry with a heavy, slanted profile that radiates energy and modern authority.

As part of the Futura PT series, this font maintains the strict adherence to geometric shapes—circles, triangles, and squares—that made the original Futura a global icon. The Extra Bold Italic variant is specifically engineered for high-impact visual communication, offering a dynamic sense of motion that is perfect for professional display work. Its clear legibility and unmistakable weight make it an essential tool for designers looking to create bold, forward-looking visual identities.
