FSP - Futura PT Light Italic

Futura PT Light Italic is a refined extension of the iconic geometric typeface originally designed by Paul Renner in the late 1920s. This specific version was developed by the ParaType team to update the classic Bauhaus-inspired aesthetic for modern digital requirements. It maintains the strict mathematical precision and minimalist philosophy that defined the original while adding a sophisticated slant that provides motion and elegance to the light weight.

The typeface is celebrated for its perfectly circular 'o' and sharp, pointed vertices, which are hallmarks of the Geometric Sans-Serif style. As a part of the PT (ParaType) collection, it offers expanded language support and optimized hinting, ensuring that the delicate lines of the Light Italic variant remain crisp and legible across high-resolution displays and high-quality print editorial projects alike.
