GT Super Ds Rg It Regular is a sophisticated display serif typeface designed by Noël Leu and released by the Swiss foundry Grilli Type. It is part of the broader GT Super family, which was inspired by serif typefaces from the 1970s and 1980s, specifically those influenced by the work of Times Modern and Windsor. The typeface is celebrated for its ability to capture the expressive, high-contrast personality of late-20th-century typography while maintaining a clean, modern digital execution.

The 'Display' (Ds) variant of the family is specifically optimized for large-scale use, featuring razor-sharp serifs and dramatic stroke variations. This Regular Italic weight provides a fluid, elegant slant that is particularly effective in editorial contexts. Its calligraphic roots are visible in the graceful terminals and rhythmic flow, making it an excellent choice for designers looking to convey both authority and artistic flair in high-end branding and visual storytelling.
