GT Super Txt Bl It Regular is a contemporary serif typeface designed by Noël Leu with contributions from Mirco Schiavone and Reto Moser. Released by the Swiss foundry Grilli Type in 2018, the font family is the result of extensive research into the serif designs of the 1970s and 80s. It draws inspiration from the expressive nature of display typefaces from that era, such as those used in editorial environments that transitioned from metal to phototypesetting, blending historical elegance with modern digital precision.

The Text (Txt) subfamily is specifically engineered for superior legibility at smaller point sizes, making it an ideal choice for body copy. The Bold Italic (Bl It) weight offers a rhythmic, calligraphic slant that provides a strong visual contrast without losing its structural integrity. It maintains sharp terminals and a robust character that allows it to stand out in complex typographic hierarchies, making it a favorite among professional graphic designers for high-end editorial and branding projects.
