GT Super Txt Rg It Regular

GT Super Txt Rg It Regular is a sophisticated serif typeface designed by Noël Leu and released through the Swiss foundry Grilli Type in 2018. The typeface is the result of extensive research into the expressive display serif fonts of the 1970s and 80s, drawing inspiration from classics like Times Modern and Trooper Roman. While the Display versions of this family focus on dramatic flair, the Txt sub-family is meticulously engineered for legibility and sustained reading in longer editorial environments.

The Regular Italic weight of the Txt family features a graceful slant that maintains the structural integrity of its upright counterpart while adding a lyrical, fluid movement to the page. Its design bridges the gap between historical Roman traditions and contemporary digital sharpness, making it an excellent choice for high-end editorial projects, academic publications, and complex typographic hierarchies. The balance of sharp serifs and soft curves provides a timeless aesthetic that feels both nostalgic and modern.
