GT Super Txt Rg Regular

GT Super Txt Rg Regular was designed by Noël Leu and released through the Swiss foundry Grilli Type in 2018. It is a contemporary serif typeface that draws its primary inspiration from the expressive display serif faces popular during the 1970s and 80s, specifically those influenced by the work of designers like Hermann Zapf and the bold editorial typography of that era.

Unlike its high-contrast display counterpart, the 'Txt' (Text) version is meticulously engineered for legibility and durability in body copy. It features a moderated contrast between thick and thin strokes and more generous spacing, allowing it to perform exceptionally well in long-form reading environments, making it a favorite for both high-end print publications and sophisticated digital editorial layouts.
