HeadingNow 17 Extrabold Italic

HeadingNow 17 Extrabold Italic is a dynamic member of the expansive HeadingNow superfamily, designed by Francesco Canovaro for Zetafonts. This font represents a modern evolution of the original Heading typeface, specifically engineered to tackle the complexities of contemporary editorial and digital environments. The '17' refers to its specific width and weight placement within the massive 160+ style matrix, offering a powerful, forward-leaning italic stance that demands attention while maintaining sophisticated geometric clarity.

Built with versatility in mind, this Extrabold Italic variant excels in high-impact scenarios. Its design features tight apertures and a robust x-height, making it exceptionally legible even in dense layouts. As a centerpiece of the HeadingNow system, it bridges the gap between classic industrial grotesques and modern digital-first typography, providing designers with a tool that is both authoritative and aesthetically versatile for global branding projects.
