Helvetica 2 BQ Regular is a refined iteration of the world-renowned Helvetica typeface, originally conceived by Max Miedinger and Eduard Hoffmann in 1957. The 'BQ' suffix denotes Berthold Quality, signifying that this specific version was produced by the H. Berthold AG type foundry. This release is celebrated for its high-fidelity digitization and strict adherence to the original modernist drawings, maintaining the precision and technical excellence that professional typographers demand.

This typeface is a hallmark of the neo-grotesque sans-serif style, characterized by its neutral, clean, and objective appearance. Because of its high x-height and tight apertures, Helvetica 2 BQ Regular offers exceptional legibility in a wide range of applications, from massive outdoor signage to micro-copy in technical manuals. It remains a definitive choice for designers who prioritize a timeless aesthetic that does not distract from the message it conveys.
