Korataki Book

Korataki Book is a squared-off, futuristic sans-serif typeface designed by the prolific type designer Ray Larabie under his Typodermic Fonts label. The font is a contemporary evolution of the classic techno-style faces of the mid-20th century, specifically drawing inspiration from the wide, geometric forms seen in automotive logos and electronic equipment branding. The 'Book' weight offers a more balanced and legible stroke width compared to the heavier variants, making it functional for more than just display purposes.

Throughout its history, Korataki has become a staple for projects that require a high-tech, industrial, or science-fiction aesthetic. Its wide proportions and distinctively rounded corners provide a look that is both stable and forward-looking. It is frequently utilized in modern UI/UX design, particularly for gaming interfaces and aerospace branding, where a sense of precision and advanced technology is paramount.
