P22ZanerFourXtras ☞

P22 Zaner Four Xtras is a specialized ornamental font that forms part of the comprehensive Zaner set, meticulously crafted to honor the legacy of master penman Charles Paxton Zaner. As the founder of the Zanerian College of Penmanship, Zaner's work defined the peak of Spencerian and ornamental script in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This specific weight focuses on the intricate extras, including flourishes, cartouches, and decorative illustrations that were traditionally hand-drawn to embellish formal documents.

Developed in collaboration between Paul Antonio and Richard Kegler, this font serves as a digital library of authentic Victorian-era calligraphic decorations. It is designed to complement the script fonts in the Zaner family, providing designers with the tools to create highly sophisticated certificates, luxury invitations, and historical reconstructions. The precision of the digital outlines ensures that even the most delicate pen strokes remain crisp and professional in high-resolution printing.
