Panton Rust Bold Base Regular

Panton Rust Bold Base Regular is a specialized distressed typeface developed as part of the broader Panton family by the Fontfabric type foundry. Designed by Ivan Petrov and Stan Partalev, this font represents a weathered, industrial interpretation of the clean geometric lines found in the original Panton. The 'Base' weight provides a solid, foundational structure intended to work alone or as a primary layer in complex typographic systems, offering a rugged, hand-printed aesthetic that captures a vintage feel without losing modern readability.

This typeface is characterized by its heavy weight and classic sans-serif proportions, infused with subtle imperfections that mimic the look of aged metal or letterpress printing. It is part of a larger multi-layered system that allows designers to stack various textures, shadows, and scripts to achieve custom visual results. Panton Rust has become a popular choice for high-impact visual communication that requires a touch of authenticity and craftsmanship.
