Prosto One Regular

Prosto One was developed as a collaboration between designers Jovanny Lemonad and Pavel Pavlov, released through the Cyreal type foundry. The project emerged from a desire to create a modern, universal sans-serif that balances accessibility with a distinct technological personality. Its roots lie in the pursuit of a 'simple' (the literal translation of 'Prosto' from Russian) yet robust aesthetic that works seamlessly across both Latin and Cyrillic character sets, making it a versatile tool for international digital communication.

Technically, Prosto One Regular features a generous x-height and wide, open counters that significantly enhance legibility even at smaller point sizes or on low-resolution screens. The letterforms are characterized by their soft, rounded terminals and a balanced geometric construction, which effectively mitigates the industrial harshness often found in rigid sans-serifs. The optical weight is remarkably consistent across the glyph set, providing a steady rhythmic flow in body text, while the subtle personality of its lowercase 'g' and 'a' allows it to perform with distinction in display and branding applications.
