Ricardo Light

Ricardo is a sophisticated geometric sans-serif font family developed by Mat Desjardins. Designed to bridge the gap between classic modernist typefaces and contemporary digital aesthetics, Ricardo Light features open counters and a balanced x-height. It was meticulously crafted to ensure that each character remains distinct and legible, making it a reliable choice for professional designers seeking a clean, structural look without sacrificing personality.

The Ricardo Light weight specifically excels in environments where elegance and clarity are paramount. Its thin strokes and wide aperture provide a sense of breathability in dense layouts, which is why it is frequently utilized in high-end fashion editorials and architectural branding. As part of a larger, versatile family, the Light variant stands out for its ability to convey a premium, high-tech feel in both physical prints and high-resolution screen displays.
