Ricardo Medium

Ricardo Medium is a refined weight within the larger Ricardo typeface family, meticulously developed by Nacho Armentera under the Tipotype foundry. The design philosophy behind this font focuses on the intersection of geometric precision and subtle humanistic touches. This balance results in a typeface that feels both technologically advanced and approachable, making it a versatile tool for modern designers across various mediums.

The typeface features a large x-height and open apertures, which significantly enhance legibility in both digital displays and printed materials. Ricardo Medium was specifically engineered to provide a solid visual anchor for body text while maintaining enough character to serve as an impactful display face. Its clean, minimalist aesthetic allows it to integrate seamlessly into sophisticated layouts without overwhelming other design elements.
