Rix Rix

Fontrix, also known as Rix, is a prominent South Korean digital type foundry that has significantly influenced the landscape of modern Hangul typography. Since its founding, the Rix font series has been developed with a focus on blending traditional Korean calligraphic principles with the clean, geometric requirements of digital displays. Their fonts are renowned for their high legibility and refined stroke weights, making them a top choice for professional designers across Asia.

The history of the Rix collection involves extensive research into the visual balance of Hangul characters. By optimizing the spacing and stroke thickness, Fontrix has created a versatile library that ranges from minimalist sans-serifs to expressive, decorative display typefaces. Today, these fonts are ubiquitous in Korean broadcasting, web design, and corporate identity projects, standing as a benchmark for quality in East Asian typography.
