Splatoon1 Regular

Splatoon1 Regular is a vibrant and energetic typeface originally designed for the hit Nintendo Wii U title, Splatoon. This font, often referred to as Project Paintball, embodies the chaotic and colorful spirit of the games ink-splatting battles. It features thick, rounded strokes and a distinctively playful aesthetic that mimics hand-drawn lettering or graffiti, making it instantly recognizable to fans of the franchise.

While the official typeface remains proprietary to Nintendo, several fan-made versions have been developed to bring this unique style to the design community. It is characterized by its high-contrast, liquid-like shapes and unconventional letterforms that evoke a sense of movement and urban street culture. This font is a perfect choice for projects aimed at a younger demographic or any design requiring a bold visual impact.
