Sweet Sans Regular

Sweet Sans Regular is a sophisticated geometric sans-serif typeface designed by Mark van Bronkhorst. The font family is deeply rooted in the traditions of professional stationers and engravers from the early to mid-20th century. It was meticulously modeled after antique masterplates, which were used by engravers to trace letters onto copper or steel for high-end printing. This heritage gives the font a unique, disciplined clarity that sets it apart from more contemporary geometric designs.

The design of Sweet Sans focuses on monolinear strokes and balanced proportions, making it exceptionally versatile for both digital and print media. Its clean, open forms ensure high legibility even at small sizes, while its elegant, understated character makes it a favorite for luxury branding and formal invitations. Unlike many modern sans-serifs that lean towards a technical feel, Sweet Sans retains a sense of artisanal craftsmanship and timeless sophistication.
