TacticSansExtExd-ThnIt Italic

Tactic Sans Extended Thin Italic is a high-performance geometric sans-serif typeface designed by Richard Miller of Miller Type Foundry. Drawing inspiration from the rigid, functional typography used in military and athletic environments, this font is engineered to communicate precision and authority. The Extended Thin Italic variant specifically highlights a sleek, wide-tracking aesthetic that feels both futuristic and modern, offering a distinct visual rhythm that suggests speed and technological sophistication.

This typeface is part of the larger Tactic Sans family, which was developed to be a versatile workhorse for branding and display purposes. Its clean lines and sharp terminals allow it to maintain legibility even at thin weights, while the extended proportions ensure it captures attention in large-scale applications. It is particularly effective for high-tech branding, automotive marketing, and editorial layouts where a sense of expansion and forward motion is required.
