Tourney Medium Italic

Tourney Medium Italic is a dynamic display typeface designed by Tyler Finck and released through Etcetera Type Co. Drawing inspiration from the aesthetics of sports branding and athletic jersey lettering, the font captures the essence of competition and energy. The Medium Italic variant provides a perfect balance between weight and slant, offering a sense of forward momentum and speed that is essential for modern, high-impact visual communication.

As part of a sophisticated variable font family, the design features distinctive geometric shapes and sharp, stencil-like cutouts that give it a futuristic and tech-driven feel. Distributed under the SIL Open Font License, it has become a staple for creators seeking a versatile font that bridges the gap between traditional varsity styles and contemporary digital design, making it highly effective for both digital screens and physical merchandise.
