Trevor Italic

Trevor Italic is a sophisticated slab serif typeface that expertly balances a rugged industrial aesthetic with contemporary digital refinement. Designed by Coert De Decker for Kustomtype, the font draws heavy inspiration from 19th-century wood type and traditional Egyptian letterforms, resulting in a face that feels both timeless and authoritative. The italicized version adds a specific sense of motion and emphasis, making it an ideal choice for designers looking to inject character into editorial layouts or high-end advertisements.

The structural integrity of Trevor Italic is defined by its substantial, blocky serifs and a consistent stroke weight that ensures maximum legibility across various media. While its roots are firmly planted in vintage typography, its clean execution allows it to perform exceptionally well in modern branding environments. From bold headlines to intricate logo designs, this typeface offers a versatile range of weights and styles that cater to professional typographic needs in both print and digital formats.
