TT Fors Bold

TT Fors Bold is a cornerstone weight within the TT Fors superfamily, meticulously crafted by the St. Petersburg-based foundry TypeType. The typeface was conceived as a multi-purpose tool for modern communication, drawing inspiration from the geometric sans-serif traditions of the early 20th century but updated for the technical requirements of the 21st. It was designed to function seamlessly across diverse platforms, from corporate branding to complex interface design, ensuring a neutral yet sophisticated aesthetic.

From a technical standpoint, the Bold weight exhibits a robust visual presence characterized by a high x-height and exceptionally open apertures, which preserve legibility even in dense typographic environments. The letterforms are constructed with geometric precision, featuring optical corrections that balance the heavy stroke weights to prevent ink-clogging in print or pixel-blurring on screens. Its terminal cuts are clean and horizontal, contributing to a stable and authoritative rhythm that makes it an elite choice for high-impact display usage.
