Woodman Heavy

Woodman Heavy is a powerful and rugged slab serif typeface meticulously crafted by Mans Greback. Inspired by the aesthetic of vintage woodblock printing and old-world craftsmanship, this font family stands out for its bold, sturdy letterforms and distinct mechanical character. The Heavy weight provides a massive visual impact, making it perfectly suited for high-visibility designs that require a sense of strength, durability, and a touch of rustic charm.

The design features heavy slabs and slightly rounded terminals that soften its industrial edges, giving it a balanced personality that is both authoritative and approachable. Woodman Heavy is frequently utilized in projects ranging from outdoor-themed branding to bold editorial headlines. Its clear structure ensures legibility even at large scales, while its unique texture evokes the feeling of traditional hand-pressed ink on paper, bridging the gap between historical typography and contemporary design needs.
