Be Vietnam Italic

Be Vietnam Italic is a modern neo-grotesque sans-serif typeface family designed by Gabriel Lam and the team at Be-Vietnamite. It was specifically engineered to provide a high-quality typographic experience for the Vietnamese language while maintaining a clean, international aesthetic that works across various global scripts. The Italic variant offers a sophisticated slant that maintains the font's high legibility, making it an excellent choice for adding emphasis and rhythmic variation in digital environments.

Since its release, Be Vietnam has become a favorite among UI/UX designers for its generous x-height and open apertures, which ensure clarity on low-resolution screens. Because it was built from the ground up for the web, it avoids many of the pitfalls of traditional print fonts translated to digital. As an Open Font License project, it provides a premium-grade aesthetic for developers and designers who require a professional look without the high cost of licensing proprietary fonts.
