Petrona ExtraLight Italic

Petrona ExtraLight Italic was originally conceived as a typeface specifically tailored for culinary literature and high-end editorial content. Designed by Rany Azier, it stands out with its sharp terminals and pronounced stroke contrast, providing a rhythmic and sophisticated reading experience that captures the 'flavor' of the text. The ExtraLight Italic variant offers a particularly graceful and airy aesthetic, making it an excellent choice for headers and pull quotes that require a delicate touch.

Published through the Huerta Tipográfica foundry, the Petrona family has undergone significant refinements to ensure its performance across both print and digital mediums. Its design philosophy centers on the harmony between traditional serif structures and modern typographic needs, resulting in a versatile font that excels in environments where elegance and legibility must coexist seamlessly.
