Rivalry Regular

Rivalry Regular is a powerful and commanding slab serif typeface designed by the creative team at Chequered Ink. Drawing heavy inspiration from the world of collegiate sports and university athletics, this font embodies the spirit of competition and team pride. Its wide, blocky structures and prominent serifs provide a sense of stability and historical weight, making it a go-to choice for designers looking to evoke a classic varsity or trophy-room aesthetic.

Beyond its athletic roots, the font maintains a high level of legibility and a distinct geometric precision. The bold strokes and uniform weight ensure that it remains readable even at a distance, which is essential for stadium signage and apparel. Whether used for a professional sports franchise or a retro-themed digital project, Rivalry Regular offers a timeless masculine appeal that communicates strength and authority effectively.
