Scandium Italic

Scandium Italic is a contemporary sans-serif typeface that masterfully blends mechanical precision with humanist warmth. Designed by Jan Fromm, it features open apertures and a tall x-height that ensures excellent readability across various platforms. The italic style provides a fluid, slanted rhythm that maintains the family's technical clarity while adding a sense of motion and dynamic energy to the text.

Drawing inspiration from industrial aesthetics and automotive design, this typeface is particularly effective in technical environments and modern corporate settings. It follows the Grotesk tradition but introduces refined geometric nuances, making it a versatile choice for everything from high-resolution digital interfaces to sophisticated print editorial layouts.
