Tomato Grotesk Medium Italic

Tomato Grotesk Medium Italic is a modern sans-serif typeface designed by Andrea Biggio, characterized by its high contrast and tight apertures. It seamlessly blends classic grotesque structures with contemporary geometric flourishes, resulting in a typeface that feels both nostalgic and forward-looking. The Medium Italic weight provides a sophisticated slant, enhancing the rhythm of the text while maintaining exceptional legibility in professional layouts.

Originally released through The Designers Foundry, this font family was crafted to handle various design challenges, from intricate digital interfaces to large-scale print installations. Its sharp terminals and distinctive ink traps make it a favorite among graphic designers who seek a balance between clinical precision and artistic character, particularly in branding and editorial contexts.
