LemonChicken Regular

LemonChicken Regular is a prominent display typeface designed by the prolific Ray Larabie. Belonging to the category of 'faux-oriental' or 'chop suey' fonts, it was crafted to emulate the rhythmic, angled brush strokes seen in traditional Chinese calligraphy. Originally released under the Larabie Fonts label, it has become a go-to choice for designers looking to convey an Asian-inspired aesthetic through a playful and bold Latin character set.

The font is characterized by its heavy weight and sharp, blocky terminals that maintain excellent legibility even in smaller display sizes. While it draws from historical Western interpretations of East Asian script, its modern application is often found in thematic branding and graphic design. It remains one of the most recognizable novelty fonts for projects that require a high-impact, culturally-themed visual presence.
