Obviously Extd Medi Regular

Obviously Extd Medi Regular is a standout member of the Obviously family, designed by James Edmondson at OH no Type Co. Released as a versatile sans-serif, it bridges the gap between mid-century mechanical aesthetics and modern digital precision. The extended width of this specific weight commands attention, making it a favorite for designers looking to create a bold, cinematic atmosphere in their layouts.

This typeface is characterized by its generous proportions and clean, geometric lines that maintain legibility even at wide spans. Its construction avoids the sterile feel of many modern grotesques by injecting a sense of personality and 'vibe' derived from 1950s and 60s Americana and vinyl record packaging. It remains a powerful tool for branding, editorial design, and large-scale environmental graphics.
